Corporate Financial McLean II - New Headquarters
Project includes the rezoning of the McLean Virginia property in accordance with Fairfax County's Tyson's zoning initiative. The rezoning includes the change from an FAR of 1.3 million SF to 4.9 million SF. In addition, the Project includes the development of a new 31 story corporate headquarters building adjacent and connected to the existing headquarters building. The building is the tallest built office building in the metro Washington DC area at 470 ft. Included are street grid for futured development and subdivision, 3 below grade and 3 above grade parking floors, 20,000 sf of at grade retail, office space, cafeteria and dining, skylobby, conference and training, executive floors and destination dispatch elevators.
