Constitution Center - Washington DC

As the Lead Project Manager for the Owner's Representative Team, Mr. Westberg managed the entire Project Team for the base building redevelopment of the former Department of Transportation Headquarters now known as Constitution Center at 7^th and D Streets, SW, Washington DC. The project, a Level 3, Class A, renovation of the 10 story, 1960's office building, included demolition to structure and the reconstruction of all building systems, building cores, public lobbies, courtyard, facade and mechanical penthouse to ISC Level IV security requirements. The building was designed to utilize Chilled Beam technology for office space HVAC.
