CEW Project & Development Services provides project management services to corporations, government and institutions. CEW guides and manages the project team through all stages of a project. We are the Owner's representative, team leader and project coordinator, with our focus on: project initiation; entitlements; procurement; design; permitting; construction; commissioning; occupancy and closeout. CEW accomplishes and implements the stages of a project by utilizing best practices and tools.
